Hi! My name is Hassan, I’ve nearly completed my BSc Physics degree at UCL. I have been teaching and tutoring a wide array of subjects since I was 15 (6 years of experience). From Maths and Physics to outdoor wilderness training and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!

I’m often described by my students as very patient, friendly, and a ‘great explainer of challenging topics. I love reading about pedagogy and effective teaching strategies for different types of learners and implement them in my classes. Students often look up to me as a mentor and not just a tutor.

I’m also a co-founder and a youth counselor at an outdoor experiential learning organization that enables boys aged 10-19 to discover their true potential in challenging outdoor modules like river crossing, rock climbing, camping, etc.

What makes me the happiest is seeing a positive impact in my students’ confidence and self-worth. And I won’t exchange anything in the world for it.
